SHIPPING POLICY
We offer a variety of shipping options

1. FREE pick up from a market location or our office in KELSO, NSW.
2. FREE delivery in 2795 suburbs.
3. $8 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
4. FREE shipping on orders over $75.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday ship same day. Orders placed after that will ship the next business day.
For orders including over 250g of treats please allow 2 days for processing.

We are unable to ship our pupcakes, however, they are available for local pick up in Bathurst or at a market location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We cannot offer returns or exchanges on food, treats or any edible items due to strict health policies.
